Whitlee Creative Introduction
Welcome to whitlee creative

I’m So Glad You’re Here!

Whitlee Lusk Creative is now Whitlee Creative. After some life changes, it was time to rebrand and refresh my own website. It has taken months to get here and I’m excited to share all of the updates with you. I have spent most of my time behind the curtain, which is where I feel most comfortable. But with that, I have missed out on sharing so many projects, telling my story, and doing what I love to do most, inspiring and helping others through creative outlets. Here’s a little more about me.

Created with Purpose

Born and raised in the deep South, God has always been a part of my life. But it wasn’t until 2021 that I truly gave my life over to the one who created it. Looking back now, I see how God was consistently at work in every chapter. He can make all things good and I know that my life is a testament to that. With my rebrand, I wanted to highlight the purpose aspect of design and creation. Because without the desire to discover your purpose and then create and design around your purpose, what’s even the point? Discovering that purpose is not always easy for everyone, but for me it was evident. Even as a child, I was designing make-believe magazines, styling my stuffed animals in photoshoots, and creating fictional businesses. Creating has always been and will always be my purpose and passion.

Multidisciplinary Creative

I’m blessed to have a Bachelor’s degree and the pursuit to further my education is how I began to strengthen my creative skills. In college, I got to create my own degree through a special program and focused my education on Fine Art, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Photography, and Business. My very first job as a designer was at my hometown newspaper and after graduation, I moved to Birmingham, AL to start a job in Print Design all while growing my own business. A few years later, an opportunity presented itself to serve the second-largest school district in Alabama as their Public Relations Supervisor. For 5 years, I grew in ways I could have never imagined and that role taught me more about myself and expanded my skillset tenfold. But my heart for entrepreneurship and working with small businesses led me back to pursuing my own path. After over 10 years of experience working with a multitude of client industries, I have combined all of my backgrounds to serve my clients in a multidisciplinary creative fashion.

All My Gratitude

Being a creative entrepreneur and serving others is what makes my heart beat and I’m thankful for the opportunity to work in what I love and what I was created to do. If you’re reading this, I hope you’ll continue to follow along and that we will get to work together!
