My Brand Evolution

Just as all brands experience over time, my identity has changed over the years. While pieces of each stage in my branding still resonate with me, I am excited about where I am today and thankful for the progress I’ve made and all that I’ve learned. It’s so cool and sometimes funny to look back on past work, especially branding from over 10 years ago. Here’s a timeline of my business branding starting in 2012.

Branding 2012

I was obsessed with this color and appearing as modern and different as possible. Fresh out of college and dreaming big, I landed my first design job in Birmingham, AL.

The concept was to show you all my favorite things. I’m laughing a little. At the time, it seemed genius and also most of these are still some of my favorite things.

Branding 2015

This was an in-between phase and my least favorite out of them all. It was used as a placeholder when I worked in Public Relations for a school district for 5 years and decided to put my business on pause.

Branding 2020

The branding that I relaunched my business with right when the pandemic hit. I was terrified, but thankfully, I have had the most amazing clients and have experienced a lot of growth since then.

Clean, airy, and neutral colors and elements enhance the digital viewing experience. Styled photography highlights creative services and includes subtle feminine details to complement my personal style and aesthetic. The typography selections allude to the concept of my design approach which is blending timeless and contemporary components together to create contrast and visual interest.
